Eligibility. Winner will be notified by phone.  All residents of the USA, 18 years or older are eligible.  Employees, the representatives of the York Newspaper Company, York Daily Record, York Sunday News, The York Dispatch and the subsidiaries, affiliates and parent companies of such entities, and the members of the immediate families or household of such individuals are not eligible. 
     Prizes. Winner will be chosen in a random drawing from the total number of qualified entries received and number of entries submitted.  The random drawing will be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2010.  Odds of winning depend on the total number of qualified entries received.  All taxes and fees associated with acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Grand Prize is a pair of tickets to see 1964… The Tribute at the Pullo Performing Arts Center at Penn State York.  No substitutions of cash will be permitted.  No transfer or assignment of prize is permitted. Winner will arrange with the Pullo Performing Arts Center at Penn State York to take delivery of prize within one week of notification of winning. Winner waives and releases all legal actions and claims or liabilities, damages, injuries or losses of any kind whatsoever, against the York Newspaper Company, Pullo Performing Arts Center at Penn State York, and the affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, employees, officers and directors of such entities arising out of the prize winner’s participation in this contest and/or the acceptance and use of the prize.  Winner consents to the use of their name, entry, photographs or other likenesses for the advertising, promotions, public relations or broadcasting purposes on behalf of York Newspaper Company without compensation to the winner for such use.  Two forms of ID are required before award can be granted.
Entry. No purchase necessary to enter drawing for a pair of tickets to see 1964… The Tribute at the Pullo Performing Arts Center at Penn State York.  Subject to all federal, state and local taxes where applicable.  Void where restricted or otherwise prohibited by law.  Deadline for entry 5 p.m. on Monday, March 15, 2010.  One entry per person.  All entries must be received by the entry deadline.  All information must be complete and accurate.  Purchase does not increase an individual’s chances of winning.  York Newspaper Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies are not responsible for damaged, late, lost or misdirected mail, entries or communications.  Any and all disputes, questions or claims will be decided by the York Newspaper Company in accordance with these rules and in their sole discretion.  By participating, all entrants agree to abide by all of these rules and the decisions of the York Newspaper Company, which shall be final in all matters relating to the contest.
