The big two comic book companies, DC Comics and Marvel Comics, recently announced something new in their comic universes: Certain superheroes are gay.

About two weeks ago, Marvel announced the gay wedding between super speedster Northstar, and his longtime boyfriend.

And then on Friday, DC announced that the first Green Lantern, Alan Scott, would come out in the soon-to-be-released "Earth 2" No. 2 comic book issue.

In light of these announcements from the Big 2, what do you think about gay comic book superheroes?
