Tickets for events at the Gettysburg Festival go on sale 10 a.m. Saturday, April 6.

The festival runs June 8 to 16 and will feature regional and national arts, culture and cuisine.

Ticketed events include culinary offerings; Blues, Beer & BBQ; History Meets The Arts Edible Art Tour; and a lecture and luncheon with author Jeff Shaara. Concerts include The Lettermen and a Beach Boys tribute. Additional announcements will be made in coming weeks, including this year's headliner -- an award-winning country artist.

In its sixth year, Gettysburg Festival attracts and average of 23,000 people from 30 states. Many of the festival's events are free and open to the public.
