Kingsfoil will release its new album, "A Beating Heart is a Bleeding Heart," Sept. 25. The album will be released on the band's own label, Holiday Heart Records.

The band's newest member is former "Malcolm in the Middle" star Frankie Muniz. He replaced drummer Joe Cipollini, who left the band earlier this year to pursue a career in real estate. The band's lineup also includes Jordan Davis, Tristan Martin and Tim Warren.

After pursuing a post-"Malcolm" auto racing career, Muniz joined the band You Hang Up, which shared a manager with Kingsfoil. His other band dissolved in August 2011, so Muniz decided to give the Kingsfoil gig a shot with an audition.

The quartet has several shows scheduled this fall, including a Sept. 29 show at The Chameleon Club in Lancaster.
