This spring marks the return of the musical classics to York and Adams county high schools.

In auditoriums across the region from Feb. 21 until April 6, more than 1,000 students will bring to life some of Broadway's most beloved shows. Audiences may choose from Frank Loesser's "Guys and Dolls," Rodgers and Hammerstein's "The Sound of Music," three versions of Cole Porter's "Anything Goes," and many more award-winning productions.

York Suburban is celebrating its 50th year of doing musicals by reviving "Kiss Me, Kate," the very first musical the school ever produced. The original cast is invited back to attend a performance and dine with the current cast.

Read on to determine how many shows you want to attend.
