York City Recreation and Parks and the Garden Club of York present the York City Garden Tour 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday on Springettsbury and Springdale avenues. Stops include ponds, patios, community gardens and the newly created Gold Star Garden in the Memorial Park Complex. The tour features free hors d'oeuvres, wine samples and music.
