Yankee and rebel forces faced off last weekend during the Gettysburg re-enactment. This weekend, North versus South is the theme of the Gettysburg Cook-off. The event runs noon to 10 p.m. Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Gateway Gettysburg Complex, 20 Presidential Circle, Gettysburg. Saturday includes a BBQ Skirmish and Wing Siege. Sunday features a Chili Conflict and Grilled Cheese Ambush. Visitors can sample food and beer and take in tunes from regional and national artists.
