York Builders Home Show slated for January

Dust off your toolbox and don't even think about touching your tax return.

The York Builders Home Show is coming back, and you know what means - time to use that reward and splurge on those granite countertops you've been dreaming about since you moved in.

The event, which features over 150 vendors including Strathmeyer Landscape and Weir Kitchens, is planned for Jan. 29 to 31 in the Utz Arena at the York Expo Center, 334 Carlisle Road, York.

The show is open from 1 to 9 p.m. Jan. 29, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Jan. 30 and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jan. 31.

Admission costs $8 for adults and is free for children under 18. Parking will also be free.
