Jay Leno to perform at American Music Theatre


Emmy-winning stand-up comedian and late-night TV host jay Leno will be performing at Lancaster's American Music Theatre in 2016 among other acts.

Leno's show will be at 8 p.m. on Oct. 14. Tickets — priced at $118, $99 and $86 — go on sale Jan. 30.

Don Williams, Shoji Tabuchi and a group of doo-wop performers are also slated to perform at the theater. Read more about their performances below.

Other AMT artists to perform in 2016 are Mark Lowry, Donny Osmond, the Oak Ridge Boys and KANSAS.

Don Williams

The traditional country music icon will be performing at 8 p.m. on April 6. Tickets go on sale Jan. 23 and are $49.

UPDATE, Feb. 9: Don Williams has cancelled this April 6 concert because of an unexpected hip replacement surgery. Ticket holders do not need to contact the AMT box office. All ticket fees will be refunded to their original form of payment.

The Happy Together Tour

This collection of classic rock legends will put together a show for fans at 8 p.m. on June 24. The price of the show will be $66, and tickets go on sale on Jan. 23.

The Shoji Tabuchi Show

Japanese native and country music fiddler and singer Shoji Tabuchi has taken a long journey that's led him to his successful show in Branson, Mo. His varied skills will shine at 7 p.m. on Aug. 7. Tickets will be $39 and go on sale Jan. 16.

Fall Doo Wop Cavalcade

The AMT continues its doo-wop tradition with the Fall Doo Wop Cavalcade featuring Jay and the Americans, Gary U.S. Bonds and others at 2 and 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 17. Tickets are $45 and go on sale Feb. 27.
