Afternoon Tea: Get ready for a magical time Saturday at An Afternoon Tea with Alice and the Princesses. This event, hosted by the Black Rose Rollers, offers mouthwatering sweet treats paired with a cup of tea where guests can mingle with their favorite Disney princesses. Bring comfortable shoes to dance and sing along with the characters. Don't wait to buy your tickets for the afternoon tea from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the YWCA Hanover, 23 W. Chestnut St., Hanover. Hanover Go Red for Women Luncheon: It's time to make Hanover "Go Red" for women's heart health. Join the American Heart Association for the 2015 luncheon, emceed by Lori Burkholder of WGAL-TV at Hanover Country Club, 200 E. Water St., Abbottstown on Feb. 19. The event will feature educational and inspirational speakers, a silent auction, photo booth and more. Sightseeing 

Community Appreciation Day: Enjoy free admission to the Cyclorama, film and museum experience and the David Wills House at Gettysburg National Military Park, 1195 Baltimore Pike, Gettysburg on Feb. 15. Local visitors need to show proof of Adams County residence, such as a driver's license, to obtain tickets. Visit nps.gov/gett for details.
