Events to take the blues out of April showers


Multi-Grammy-nominated group The Time Jumpers will take the stage Saturday at Eichelberger Performing Arts Center, 195 Stock St., Hanover. This group was established in Nashville in 1998 and features 10 masterful musicians. Attendees will have the chance to see Vince Gill, winner of 20 Grammys and 18 Country Music Awards, perform with the powerhouse band. Tickets range from $54 to $79. Book signing: If you find yourself with your nose in a book quite often, come out to a talk and book signing with Hanover native and author Heidi Hormel. At this free event, Hormel will discuss her writing and her latest release, "The Accidental Cowboy", which is a continuation of her series of books featuring Arizona cowboys and cowgirls.
