HAGERSTOWN, MD. - The Maryland Symphony Orchestra and Flying Dog Brewery of Frederick, Maryland, present Classics & Crabs on Saturday, September 17, with an outdoor beer festival, a concert inside the historic Maryland Theatre and all-you-can-eat crabs and buffet under the stars on South Potomac Street.
The event will kick off at 3 p.m. in the courtyard of Maryland Theatre with samples from several unique brews. After entering the theater at 5 p.m., guests will enjoy a new take on classical music from the Maryland Symphony Orchestra and Time for Three, guest artists who often describes themselves as a “classically trained garage band.”
Following the concert, guests will spill out onto South Potomac Street at 7 p.m. for all-you-can-eat crabs and a buffet of local Maryland favorites. Additional Flying Dog beers will be available for purchase along the street, and the Maryland Theatre concession stand will be open for assorted wines and light beer.
