York County pizza shop owners agree — Thanksgiving Eve is one of the biggest pizza nights of the year.

It only makes sense. Who has time to make dinner when you're busy preparing for Thanksgiving?

Parma Pizza and Grill co-owner Beth Sottasante estimates that business increases by about 25 to 30 percent on Thanksgiving Eve.

The worst time to order is between 5 and 6 p.m., she said. That's when most pizza shops will be at their busiest.

So, plan accordingly.

Order before 5 p.m. or after 7 p.m., and you should be in the clear, she said.
