Three places to get food delivery in York

Can't get your car out of the snow and you're running low on food? Give a call to your local pizza place to ask about delivery.

Be sure your street or road is plowed so a delivery vehicle can get though. And don't forget to tip your driver.

Here are some restaurants that are currently delivering:

Boardwalks  (3608 E. Market St., Springettsbury Township)

Cuisine: Square and round pizza, salads, subs, burgers, pasta. The crab cakes have been voted No. 1 in York County two years in a row by the readers of the York Daily Record/Sunday News.

John’s Pizza (247 Pauline Drive, York Township)

Cuisine: Pizza, salads, wraps, pasta, Stromboli, calzones, wings, subs, sandwiches. The pizza was recently ranked No. 1 in FlipSidePA’s pizza poll.

Their regular delivery area is approximately 3 to 5 miles from the restaurant.

Phone: 717-747-9595

Parma Pizza & Grill (905 Grantley Road, Spring Garden Township)

Cuisine: Stuffed, Sicilian, specialty and New York-style pizzas; wings; Stromboli; subs; salads

All locations delivering within a three-mile radius of each restaurant. Parma Pizza & Grill also has locations in Manchester, East York and three in Lancaster County.

"As long as their driveways and sidewalks are shoveled, we'll bring it right to their door," said Anthony Sottasante, owner of the Parma chain. Otherwise, customers will have to meet the driver at the street.
