'Hangarfest 2015' to benefit area nonprofits


HAGERSTOWN, MD. >> Two area nonprofits are planning a fundraising night in the large hangar at Rider Jet Center.

"Hangarfest 2015" will be Sept. 19. Doors open at 7 p.m, and "The Reagan Years," known as "The East Coast's Original 80's Tribute Band," will perform music from the 1980s.

"Hangarfest" benefits both Discovery Station and Breast Cancer Awareness of the Cumberland Valley. Tickets for $20 are available from both organizations, and can also be purchased at Runways Restaurant and Lounge.

The event runs until 10:30 p.m. The Rider Jet Center is located on Henson Boulevard, on the north side of the Hagerstown Regional Airport.
