Jazz Me Rhythm & Blues Band performs in Waynesboro Sunday


WAYNESBORO >> Waynesboro Community Concert Association presents Jazz Me Rhythm & Blues Band at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, October 25, 2015 in the Nickson W. Oyer Auditorium in Waynesboro Area Senior High School, 550 E. 2nd St., Waynesboro.

The Jazz Me Rhythm & Blues Band performs everything from Sinatra to Santana, Motown to ZZ Top and everything in between. Because of the wide variety of songs, the band entertains virtually any age group.

The concert is the second in a series that will include:

•Ethan Bortnick, 14 year-old child prodigy, with band, Nov. 23.

•Fireworks Ensemble chamber band, Feb. 12, 2016.

•Thomas Pandolfi, classical pianist, April 17, 2016.

All concerts will be held at the WASH auditorium.

The Waynesboro Community Concert Association, established in 1937, is an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization committed to enriching the cultural life of the Waynesboro area by presenting nationally acclaimed artists at reasonable prices.

Subscriptions include free admission to reciprocal concerts in Gettysburg and in Hagerstown and Westminster, Md.

Subscriptions rates are $10 student, $55 adult, $60 family (one adult, all children), $115 family (two adults, all children), $125 patron.
