Cumberland Valley Steam and Gas Show

Want to see a little slice of history? Come out to the Steam and Gas Show and see a variety of steam engines, along with hit-and-miss engines (popular from 1910-1930), oil field engines that were once used to drill oil, and other engines like those used for coal mining. The event will also feature several children's activities including a petting zoo that features farm animals, a candy scramble and a kiddie pedal tractor pull. The show will be held at 1501 Criders Church Road from 9 a.m.- 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.

Summer in the Square

It's all about the music! Head over to the square in Waynesboro this Friday and listen to the sounds of The Danny Webber Trio, which will perform a mix of classic, contemporary and original jazz. Want a little something different? You can also check out Brenda Slick and Jeff Clise, who will be performing a selection of spirituals, musical theater and performer favorites at Gallery 50, 50 W. Dog Days of Summer 

Come support the animals and the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter at the Dog Days of Summer carnival! Enjoy games, food and vendors, and maybe even help an animal find their forever home.
