Mandala Paint Party

Learn how to paint at the Foundry's paint party! Create your own Mandala, as Foundry Member Vanessa Bigler of Joie de Vivre Designs, shows you how to master the art of painting this design. The event, which is for ages 16 and up, will be held at 6 p.m. at 100 S. Main St. Canvas, paint and brushes will be supplied.

Saturday, Aug. 27 

CrabFeast

Prepare to chow down on as many hardshell crabs as you can eat! The 21st Annual CrabFeast will be held from 3-8 p.m. this Saturday, and will feature crabs from Woodpoint Grill, barbecued chicken with all the fixins from Main Street Deli and craft beer from Roy Pitz Brewing Company. Attendees can also come early and enjoy cornhole tables, a bake sale and a a live auction. The event will be located at the AMVETS Post 224 Picnic Pavilion, 750 Fifth Ave. Tickets are $41 for adults and $13 for children 12 and under. For more information, call 717-264-7101 or visit chambersburg.org.

Storytelling Festival

This Saturday, the Chambers Fort Park in downtown Chambersburg will be filled with characters, families, stories and music! Head over to the Franklin County Storytelling Festival and dress up as a storybook character for the Path to Literacy Character Walk, or check out two world renowned storytellers and one bluegrass band.
