Here are the dates to know around Hanover and Adams County.

Trick-or-treat

Oct. 25, 1 to 4 p.m.: Mount Pleasant Township

Oct. 25, 2 to 4 p.m.: York Springs Borough

Oct. 27, 6 to 8 p.m.: Hanover and McSherrystown boroughs; Manheim, Penn and West Manheim townships; Conewago Township (Adams County)

Oct. 28, 6 to 8 p.m.: Reading Township (except for the Lake Meade gated community, which sets its own date)

Oct. 29, 6 to 8 p.m.: Franklin Township

Oct. 30, 5 to 7 p.m.: The Outlet Shoppes at Gettysburg in Mount Joy Township

Oct. 31, 6 to 8 p.m.: Abbottstown, Arendtsville, Biglerville, Bendersville, Carroll Valley, Gettysburg, New Oxford, Spring Grove, Fairfield, Littlestown and East Berlin boroughs; Berwick, Cumberland, Hamiltonban, Straban, Union and Oxford townships

Municipality does not set a date: Liberty, Butler, Germany, Menallen and Huntington townships
