Hanover to celebrate fifth-annual chalk event

The 5th Annual Chalk It Up event, a chalk art event for all ages will be held June 13. Artists of all ages should come to Downtown Hanover to participate in an event that celebrates the local artists.

Participants will create their own works of art on sidewalk slabs for all to see. Judges will choose a favorite and cash prizes will be awarded to the winner.

New this year will also have a people's choice winner that will also be a winner of cash prizes.
