York Halloween Parade
The 66th annual York Halloween Parade will begin at 2 p.m. Oct. 25 with floats, marching bands, vehicles, costumed entries and more. The parade route will move east on Market Street from Richland Avenue to Broad Street. The grand marshal will be Paula Gilbert, Youth Services Director for the York County Library Systems. A Family Entertainment Zone with inflatables, games and music will be in the first block of North George Street from 1 to 3 p.m. For more details, visit yorkhalloweenparade.com.

Hersheypark in the Dark: Oct. 16 to Nov. 1. Fifty rides and attractions, themed shows, trick-or-treating and ZooAmerica's Creatures of the Night tours. Hours are 5-10 p.m. Friday; 12-10 p.m. Saturday; 12-9 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $35.85 for adults; $24.85 for seniors 55-plus and children ages 3 to 8.
Halloween in the Park: 6-10 p.m. Oct. 23 and 24. Codorus State Park will host hayrides and other activities in the park, 1066 Blooming Grove Road, Hanover. Trick or treat will be held from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Cost is $10 per car. For details, call 717-451-3635 or visit halloweeninthepark.org.
Trunk or Treat: 6-7:30 p.m. Oct. 27. Enjoy treats, games and decorated vehicles at St. Matthew Evengelical Lutheran Church, 839 W. Market St., York. Hot dogs and cider will be offered.
Pumpkin Fest: 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Oct. 31. Central Market, 34 W. Philadelphia St., York, will celebrate the season with trick-or-treating, pumpkin decorating, children's crafts and games, and market vendor specials. For more details, visit Central Market York on Facebook.
