Holiday market hits Royal Square today

Shoppers from around the county flocked Saturday to The Bond in York's Royal Square for the "Bandit Bazaar," a holiday gift market.

The event started at 10 a.m. and will end at 7 p.m.  The event includes vendors from Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Baltimore and more, according to a news release.

Strathmeyer is selling Christmas trees in the parking lot, Ben & Joe is playing music and people can eat food from the area being sold by six food trucks.

The Bond, a wedding and events venue, is at 134 E. King St. in York.

The event benefits The Parliament, a local arts organization.
