Here's what York locals are doing this weekend

Each week, some York County locals share what they are doing this weekend. Some favor art, theater, craft beer, wine or music. Some simply like finding something different to do each week. Whatever your interest, see what they're up to this weekend in April - it might help you plan your Friday or Saturday night. Want to join the panel? Kristen Evans , dog mom: A few friends and I will be biking the rail trail (Grantley Rd. travelling South,) then enjoying brunch at The Copper Crust in Central Market.

JJ Sheffer , music lover: I met Daniel Markham, a musician from Denton, Texas, when he was touring with Amanda Shires in 2012 and they stopped to play a show in York. Daniel returns to play a house concert at Sign of the Wagon this Sunday, April 3. I'm a big fan of Daniel and his music, and I can't wait to help welcome him back to York. Sharing the bill for the evening is Oklahoma singer/songwriter John Calvin Abney.

Lyn Bergdoll, theater lady: I’m looking forward to the Hanover Symphony performing the final concert of their 20th season Sunday, April 3.  This symphony is comprised of all volunteer musicians who are incredibly talented! The concert will feature “At Your Request”, in which the audience selects some of the music to be performed in the second act.

Gretchen Kowalik, young professional: This upcoming weekend I'll be having fun catching up with friends at First Friday York festivities, including seeing "Indiana Jones" at the Capital!

John Bobby , foodie: I’m trying Grain + Verse Bottlehouse in New Cumberland for the first time. I’ve heard good things about the pizza.
