What your York friends are doing this weekend, April 28-May 1

Each week, some York County locals share what they are doing this weekend. Some favor art, theater, craft beer, wine or music. Some simply like finding something different to do each week. Whatever your interest, see what they're up to this weekend, April 28 through May 1 - it might help you plan your Friday or Saturday night. Want to join the panel? Jeff Gochoco: I am planning to shop at the vendors at Central Market and downtown to celebrate National Small Business Week.

Gretchen Kowalik: I'm going to the YWCA Race Against Racism. I'm most excited about participating in my first 5K downtown and going with friends!

Meagan Feeser: I’ll be checking out PeoplesBank Park for the York Revolution’s first home weekend.

Lyn Bergdoll: York College is presenting their spring musical this weekend, "Pirates of Penzance."  I can’t wait to see their talented students in this Gilbert and Sullivan operetta.

Dawn States: It is the 25th year of the Spoutwood Fairie Fest, so I am expecting lots of magic, good music, and fabulous costumes! Kubiando!
