Top 10 bucket list events

On Sunday, I was able to catch the United States Women's National Team play its first game since winning the World Cup, as is stopped by Pittsburgh for the first stop of its Victory Tour. The team defeated Costa Rica, 8-0, so it was hardly a close contest. However, seeing them in person was something I could cross off the bucket list.

Here are 10 other events I'd love to see someday in person.

10. The Super Bowl: Spoiler alert: This won't be the last sport-themed event on here. I'm not a fan of live football games, but the Super Bowl is the event of the year, each year.

9. The Oscars: All of that star power in one place would be awesome to be a part of. Of course, the best film would be one I have never heard of before.

8. The Grammys: Different star power, but same feeling. Except here, there are live performances from the greatest (current) musicians.

7. Wrestlemania: I'm actually surprised how low this is on the list for me. I'm a big wrestling fan, and catching the biggest event in the business would make anyone mark out.

6. Bonnaroo: The four-day music festival in Tennessee brings in some of the biggest names in music each year, and also some of the best indy bands around. It would be awesome to go to, but then I looked at the ticket prices.

5. The Masters: Every year, The Masters is held at Augusta. To be there on 18, watching the green jacket being placed on the winner would be remarkable.

4. Lollapalooza: Another music festival, but this time in Grant Park in Illinois. It's arguably the most famous yearly festival featuring artists from all genres.

3. Stanley Cup Game 7: There's no playoffs like the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Even if it wasn't my beloved Penguins, I'd love to see any team lift the cup in a Game 7. Well, except the Flyers, but that probably won't happen for another 40 years.

2. World Series Game 7: I'm a baseball fan more than anything, so watching a team celebrate after winning the World Series in a Game 7 would be a baseball fan's dream. Too bad the Pirates will only win it at home in six games this year.

1. World Cup: Taking what I saw Sunday and multiplying it by 100, basically. Best players in the world, over a month, in a different country. Yes, please. I wouldn't mind seeing the men play since the talent is far superior, but I love watching the women's game. It's cleaner and almost no flopping.
