Chambersburg woman featured on MTV's 'Catfish'

CHAMBERSBURG -  Local historic Bed & Breakfast, The Inn at Ragged Edge, served as "home base" and be prominently highlighted in Wednesday's episode of MTV's 'catfish: the tv show.' The reality show is in its fifth season.

Catfish creator, Nev Schulman, and filmmaking partner, Max Joseph, spent a week at the Inn this past April planning out and filming the show's Season 5 episode 16, as well as making the B&B their home for the week.

"It was a pleasure to have Nev and crew stay with us at the Inn," says owner/innkeeper, Ken Kipe.  "They were very gracious and kind. And, it was fun to experience a behind-the-scenes view of the making of a hit tv show."

In tonight's episode, Schulman and Joseph walk Franklin County resident, Candic, through confessing to her husband of seven years that she's been chatting online with Titus, a man she has fallen in love with, but has never met.  Segments are filmed in various locations around Chambersburg, as well as the Inn at Ragged Edge.
