Make 10 drinks with these 6 ingredients
You don't need to spend a lot of money at the liquor store to have a holiday party. Just two bottles and a couple of mixers can make 10 drinks that will keep almost any guest happy. All of these ingredients will last about a month (you can use bottled lemon juice in a pinch) so stock of now and be ready to party through New Year's Day.
Don't worry about liquor going bad either. Most clear or brown liquors never expire. The flavor might change a little after a year if they've been opened because some of the alcohol will evaporate. Vermouth and fortified wines should be refrigerated and used within months, but that old bottle of vodka you have from two years ago should be fine.
