Globe-nominated Lady Gaga wakes her neighbors

Lady Gaga started her Thursday by issuing an apology to her New York neighbors for scaring the bejeezus out of them.

You can't really fault her for acting all giddy: She had just received her first acting Golden Globe nomination for American Horror Story: Hotel.

It's not her first acting nomination ever, but it is her first nod for GOOD acting. She was up for a Razzie in 2013 for her part in Machete Kills.
