Game: Can you spot York County's art?


York County is filled with art on display in sometimes unnoticed locations. From murals to statues, the map is dotted with simple yet beautiful pieces outside churches, businesses and schools. Check out the ones below and see if you know where they can be found in York County. (Answers below.)

A: "Our Little Angel"

The statue was built for parents who wanted a place they could visit and grieve for their deceased children.

B: Vietnam Memorial

Soldiers are shown clinging to each other in this larger than life statue built in 2009 in honor of Vietnam War veterans.

This outdoor mural was created in 2005 to honor the railroad system through southern York County.

D: Lunch break

The mural, painted on a brick wall, was created by Judy Stamets Markle in 2011 and shows what lunchtime would have looked like at the factory in 1940.

E: Eagle statue

This eagle greets those who pass by it on a daily basis as the mascot of one school district.
