Chambersburg holds annual crab dinner fundraiser

CHAMBERSBURG >> There may still be some tickets left for the 20th annual CrabFeast fundraiser by Downtown Chambersburg Inc.

All-you-can-eat crabs and a full chicken dinner menu will be available from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 22 in Hume McNeal Byers Post 224 AMVETS, 750 Fifth Ave.

Money is being raised for downtown revitalization.

The event will take place rain or shine.

Doors will open at 3 p.m. for small games of chance. Tickets include barbeque chicken and fixin's, prepared by Main Street Deli, and all-you-can-eat hardshell crabs by Woodpoint Grille.

There will also be a live auction beginning at 6:30.

Cost is $39 for adults and $13 for ages 12 and younger (price includes drinks).
