Totem Pole Playhouse holding 'pay what you can show'

Totem Pole Playhouse, located in Caledonia State Park in Fayetteville, is holding a "pay what you can" show of their current musical production, "Shenandoah," on July 4 at 8 p.m.

Individuals who can afford to pay full price are still encouraged to do so and can purchase their tickets and reserve seats ahead of time, according to a news release.

Any unsold seats will be offered beginning at 6 p.m. for whatever price patrons are able to pay and the tickets will be offered on a first come, first served basis, according to a news release.

The play will star Tony Award honoree Ben Davis, according to a news release.

"Last season we offered two special "pay what you can" performances over the Fourth of July weekend which was a great success," said Totem Pole's producing artistic director Rowan Joseph in a news release.

The playhouse has many good seats still available for this Saturday evening, said Joseph in a news release.
