Watch the Super Bowl at a Lancaster bar, brewery

The Super Bowl became nearly synonymous with Budweiser beer in the '90s, after the company's Bud Bowl half-time commercial became popular. The craft beer movement, however, is inspiring beer drinkers to put down their Bud Lights and sample beers brewed locally. A rift grew between craft beer drinkers and Budweiser, however, after an ill-conceived Anheuser-Busch commercial, that mocked craft beer drinkers, aired during the 2015 Super Bowl. Craft beer brewers and drinkers took to social media to register their anger and disbelief.

This year, Bud Bowl withstanding, the craft beer trend continues, and Lancaster brewpubs are getting into the spirit of the Super Bowl. Sunday, February 7 is fast approaching, which means it's time to cement your plans.Whether you're rooting for the Denver Broncos or the Carolina Panthers, get together with friends for a craft beer and game-day food at one of these Lancaster brewpubs and restaurants.
