The new chief of the York Strand-Capitol Performing Arts Center talked with FlipSidePA and the York Daily Record about his vision for the future of the theater. Watch the video here.

Fogdall said he brings business savvy, fundraising experience and program development ideas to the position. He'd like to see more performers engage with the community, maybe do a type of community residency of sorts. For example, a musician might offer a masterclass, pre-show or work with local students. Additionally, he'd like to grow relationships with community arts organizations.
