Neal Dodson will host York screening of 'Most Violent Year'

Neal Dodson will host a screening of "A Most Violent Year" at York College Oct. 15.

Dodson, who is a Central York High School graduate, co-produced the film, which stars Oscar Isaac, Jessica Chastain and David Oyelowo. Jessica Chastain was nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture for her role in the movie.

The screening is at 7 p.m. Oct. 15 in the Waldner Performing Arts Center. York College is located at 41 Country Club Road, York. It's free and open to the public. Dodson will lead a question and answer session.

Previously, Dodson worked on "All Is Lost," starring Robert Redford and "Margin Call."

This is Dodson's second screening of the film in the area. He held a Q&A at the Regal Cinemas theater at the West Manchester Mall earlier this year.

In 2014, he came to York College for a screening of "All is Lost."
