FlipSide Panel: What's happening around York this weekend in March?

Each week, some York County locals share what they are doing this weekend. Some favor art, theater, craft beer, wine or music. Some simply like finding something different to do each week. Whatever your interest, see what they're up to this weekend in March - it might help you plan your Friday or Saturday night.

Elizabeth Erenberg, new to York: I'll be hosting my aunt and uncle, and we plan to go to a few downtown restaurants like The Left Bank, Otto's, and BrewVino. The weather is looking good so we may even hit up the Rail Trail or another outdoor hot spot.

Raquel Lilly, busy mom: This weekend our family will be visiting the historic ships of Baltimore at the Inner Harbor. To learn more about how the ships are restored, visit www.livingclassrooms.org.

JJ Sheffer, music junkie: My son and I are looking forward to seeing one of our favorite bands, Deer Tick, at the Capitol Theatre on Friday. We've seen them a ton of times before, but it is a special treat to see them play an acoustic set.

Lyn Bergdoll, usually at a theater: Matthew Detrick, his wife Anabel Ramirez and their quartet, Apollo Chamber Players, are returning to our area as part of their East Coast concert tour.  I am very excited to hear them perform on Sunday at St. John’s Episcopal Church.
