Brewery expected to reopen following roach infestation, report says

A popular Lancaster County restaurant that was shut down yesterday for a cockroach infestation is expecting to reopen later this week, according to a report from PennLive.com.

Bube's Brewery, located in Mount Joy, Lancaster County, was shut down yesterday after a health inspection found cockroaches in the building.

In a message on their website, officials from Bube's Brewery said, "Regarding the articles posted about an infestation, we have been working closely with Ehrlich to make sure our building meets the standards of the PA health inspector.

"Cleaning, kitchen renovations and re-inspection will occur during the time we are closed. We are expecting to re-open for service on Thursday evening. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this break in operations while we ensure our establishment is safe for customers."
